Product Implementation Manager

Job Description

The Product Implementation Lead has direct responsibility for managing implementation at client place from end-to-end, raising issues to the Regional Operations Manager as required for resolution or escalation. This position is responsible for the organisation and delivery of software product implementation, with the assistance of the Product Support/ Technical team. While being predominantly internally focused, this position requires a strong communication bridge between all departments, and the client, in order to execute and deliver a successful Product implementation. As this role is client facing, strong interpersonal skills are required and a commitment to delivering the highest level of client service. Security of our client’s data is paramount and the role requires a ‘Security First’ mindset. The role also requires a good working knowledge of Microsoft, Apple and Google operating systems for laptops, desktops and mobile devices.

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the setting up trials of software for clients.
2. Oversee product configuration, including imports, templates and more.
3. Responsibility for gaining relevant client sign off on information throughout Implementation.
4. Documentation of the processes laid out during the implementation
5. Maintain levels of communication internally to create high levels of transparency over the whole implementation timeline.
6. Partnering with the Operations Manager as required in order to substantiate any escalations related to operations for quick and effective resolutions.
7. Promptly assist with any customer support requests for the initial period after implementation.

This position is part of the BestDoc Implementation group reporting into the Implementation manager. The purpose of this position is to implement and provide transitional support for BestDoc products being implemented across the clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:

• Responsible for implementing or upgrading BestDoc products at various client locations . The activities handled includes.:

1. Planning for the upgrades/implementations
2. Installation, configuration and documentation for the upgrades/implementations.
