Scheduling for Automatic Creation of Requests
Department admin or hospital admin can now define scheduler rules for specific services. BestDoc Concierge will automatically create requests as per the defined date, time & repetition criteria. This feature will reduce the effort of creating requests which are repetitive in nature like room cleaning, calibration of equipment, system update etc.
Detailed Help Section
Help section is now available for instant product help needed for users. They can access it through the question mark icon near the user profile icon in BestDoc Concierge Web & Android application. Users can also explore FAQs & how-to-videos for queries. Also, they can move the pop-up window by dragging, and following the instructions as shown in the content.
Disclaimer pop up for F&B
Configuration is available at the hospital level to show a disclaimer to patients/bystanders while ordering food. Hospitals can decide a title, description and 2 CTA’s. Patients/bystanders would only be able to order food if they agree with the shown disclaimer.

NIOTC - Patient Mobile Number Update
In the NIOTC application, the front office staff can now update the patient’s mobile number and country code. They can select the country code and edit the patient’s mobile number in the patient details form. Thus, keeping the patient demographic details always updated.*Available on Demand
Webplugin - WhatsApp OTP Feature for International Patients
We have enabled the WhatsApp OTP validation for international patients. The patient can select the country code, enter their mobile number and select WhatsApp as the preferred mode. Thus, making it easier for international patients to book appointments from around the world.
